AdminEngineerAugust 09, 2025Hey everyone - as you may have noticed, the site here has changed significantly this week. I am rolling out a network-wide update. I've been re-coding every website across our network from scratch essentially. With an emphasis on user-friendliness and speed.
The UI has completely been re-done with much smoother transitions for ease of use. Posting topics and submitting news are now only 1 click away using the new "Action Button" - the circular ( + ) seen floating in the bottom right of your screen.
In addition to all that, you will notice a new text editor - I've built one from the ground up specifically for these websites. It's lightweight and fast but it is brand new, so if you notice any bugs please let me know!
My approach with this update was to breathe new life into the site and make the overall experience way more intuitive – which is why you'll notice the top right and left menus for navigation and profile engagement operate much like conventional apps do.
With that said, the entire site is built by me and has zero dependencies on third party software so if issues to arrise or bugs are found I need to manually fix them. So if you do find any, please don't hesitate to let me know!
More features will be rolling out this weekend and into next week in time for Alien: Earth's release so be sure to keep an eye on this site in the coming days!
